Information Security Assessments

Comprehensive assessments of the maturity level of client information security programs, leveraging an assessment approach based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF). Findings and recommendations are prioritized based on level of risk.

RFI, RFP, and Vendor Selection

End-to-end support for developing requirements and scope of services, translated into formal Request for Information or Request for Proposal solicitations, along with the ongoing management of qualified vendor engagement, response, evaluation, and selection.

IT Cost, Rate, and Funding Plans

Definition of client's true cost to deliver IT services to their customers utilizing an Activity-Based Costing (ABC) approach which yields results such as unit costs and over and under recovery analysis. Cost studies often advance to IT rate development and establishment of funding plans.

Project Management

Formal project management capabilities supporting client technology projects in various stages -- from scoping and requirements definition, to solution development, to implementation, and on-going solution support. Depth of experience in managing large multi-disciplinary client teams and executing executive and stakeholder communications throughout the projects.
